The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the registration schedule for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 session exam. The online application process will start from August 26 and will run till September 25. The application has to be done by visiting the official website of ICSIicsi.edu. At the same time, candidates can also apply by paying a late fee from 26 September to 10 October.
The applying candidate will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1500 per group for the Executive Program, and Rs 1800 per group for the Professional Program. At the same time, candidates applying after the last date will have to pay a late fee of Rs 250. The amendment fee for examination center, group, medium, or optional subject has been fixed at Rs 250 per correction.
ICSI CS December 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Who can apply?
It is mandatory for the candidates applying for the CS Executive Program to take the online pre-examination exam. For the notification issued, candidates must have passed the online pre-examination with ODOP or TDOP, depending on their respective registration deadline. Visit the official website of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India icsi.edu.
Log in using your registration number and password.
Select the module you want to apply for.
Click on the respective registration link to start the process.
Now, enter all the details asked and upload the documents.
Pay the application fee and submit.
While applying for the ICSI CS Executive and Professional 2025 December exam, candidates will also have to upload some documents, including a date of birth certificate, 12th mark sheet, category certificate for fee exemption, and scanned copy of photo and signature. Candidates should keep in mind that registration cannot be done without uploading documents.
