Meghan Markle has landed herself in yet another legal trouble!
A woman from the US has threatened to sue the Duchess of Sussex after suffering severe burns from a homemade bath salt recipe shown in Markle's Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
Robin Patrick, who lives in Maryland, said she followed a recipe that included Epsom salt , arnica oil, lavender oil, pink Himalayan salt, and dried flowers. Ms. Patrick, who is diabetic, claimed the bath salts caused her "significant pain and cosmetic distress." Describing her horrific experience, she claimed Markle should have provided proper warnings to viewers.
Ms. Patrick shared that she plans to sue not only Markle but also several companies involved with the show, including Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC), Netflix, and Archewell Productions (the media company run by Meghan and Prince Harry).
She is seeking a total of $10 million in damages.
