Ektaa Kapoor & Jeetendra Sell Swanky Apartment In Mumbai's Worli For ₹12.25 Crore, Days After ₹855 Crore Land Deal

Days after a massive Rs 855 crore deal, veteran actor Jeetendra and his daughter, television czarina, Ektaa Kapoor, have reportedly sold their swanky apartment in Mumbai for a whopping Rs 12.25 crore. The apartment is located in one of the most upscale localities of the city, Worli.

As per reports, the apartment is located in the Omkar 1973 Worli project, and spans over 2.149 sq ft. It was sold for Rs 57,003 per sq ft, and the deal also consists of two parking spots.

Jeetendra and Ektaa had purchased the apartment back in June 2017 for Rs 11.52 crore. They sold it on June 8 this year for a staggering Rs 12.25 crore.

Earlier this year, Jeetendra's name was associated with one of the biggest real estate deals in Mumbai as he reportedly sold a land parcel in Mumbai's Andheri area for a mammoth Rs 855 crore. They signed the deal with buyer, NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, earlier known as Netmagic IT Services.

The deal was officially registered on May 29, 2025.

On the work front, while Jeetendra, who is 83 now, prefers to stay away from the limelight, his daughter Ektaa Kapoor has her hands full with both TV shows and movies. At present, she is busy with the production of her cult show, Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which is set to return to television with a reboot.

Smriti Irani and Amar Upadhyay will be seen reprising their roles of Tulsi Virani and Mihir Virani on the show, Smriti, who is busy with her political work, has reportedly made time in her busy schedule to be a part of the limited-episodes reboot. If reports are to be believed, Jeetendra will also have a cameo in the reboot.
