Chunabhatti police on Sunday arrested a 20-year-old youth for allegedly making anti-national statements during the ongoing Indo-Pak war-like situation. The accused has been identified as Sahil Khan, a 20-year-old resident of Kurla and a student.
The Chunabhatti police have registered a case against Khan under Sections 152 (acts endangering the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India), 197(2) (wantonly giving provocation with intent to cause riot – whether or not a riot occurs), and 353 1(E) (statements conducing to public mischief) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for posting anti-India content.
