Victoria Beckham shared a sweet message for her husband today after revealing the England ace had been in hospital. In a snapwhich concerned the newly appointed Sir's legion of loyal fans, the 50-year-old could be seen lying in bed wearing a hospital gown, sporting a bright blue sling and Get Well Soon friendship bracelet amid reports he'd had surgery for a broken wrist which he sustained in 2003.
Sending well wishes to her husband as he recovers from his reported secret surgery, Victoria captioned the photo with a sweet message which read: "Get well soon, Daddy," in a heartfelt post to the father of her four kids. The former Spice Girl is yet to speak out on David's injury, however, it has been reported that the former footballer underwent an operation to repair a broken wrist that he sustained 22 years ago – during a friendly football match against South Africa in 2003.

A recent x-ray reportedly showed a screw, which was used at the time, embedded in his forearm after it failed to dissolve properly.
After the game more than two decades ago, which saw him fall awkwardly, he was substituted early in the second half and was taken to the hospital.
David recently revealed his long-running career left him with multiple injuries and years of "wear and tear". He said: "Certain parts of my body were a real mess."
The Man Utd star's hospital dash comes after his eldest son, Brooklyn, reached out his family following weeks of feud rumours. The hot sauce enthusiast stunned the showbiz world when he swerved David's 50th last month with his wife, Nicola Peltz.
After weeks of cryptic Instagram posts in which Brooklyn told his wife he would 'always choose her' while wishing her brother and dad happy birthday while continuing to ignore his own parents and siblings, he has now reached out to his 'nanny'.
He marked his grandmother's birthday with a post that included a photo of him beside her. Brooklyn wrote: "Happy birthday nanny xx love you so much."
It is thought to have been the first time the hot sauce enthusiast has reached out to his family on social media since rumours of a feud started swirling
Meanwhile, David shared a gushing post of his own to celebrate his mother's birthday. He even gave Brooklyn a nod as he refused to give into the recent slew of apparent social media digs and snubs from his firstborn.
