Amazon has slashed 20% off its most popular Samsung TV that shoppers have said is 'fantastic' for the price. The 43" Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV has dropped from £299 to £239 - a £60 saving.
This model is currently the best-selling Samsung TV on the retail site, sitting in 13th place behind rivals including the 50" Hisense 4K Smart TV (£249) and 55" TCL 4K UHD Smart Fire TV (£268). But those opting for Samsung can enjoy a highly-rated TV capable of displaying more than a billion colours, more than 64 times that of standard UHD TVs.
It's powered by a crystal processor that can boost image quality to 4K, as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR) to show more depth and detail in lighter and darker images. The processor also optimises sound depending on what's playing, while Object Tracking Sounds Lite follows the action on screen for a more immersive experience.
The TV runs on Samsung's Tizen operating system, providing easy access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and BBC iPlayer, as well as countless free TV shows and films on with Samsung TV Plus. The Samsung smart TV also boasts an AirSlim design that's slim and sleek so there's less bezel and more image.
Elsewhere, Sky is offering a freebie with its new Sky Glass Air smart TV, which comes with a 12-month UHD upgrade on orders placed by July 30. The device costs £6 when spreading the cost, but keep in mind this is only for the TV and shoppers must also take out a Sky TV subscription from £15.

But the 43" Samsung Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV has been a hit on Amazon, where it's earned a 4.5-star rating after more than 1,200 reviews. One happy customer said: "Amazing TV.
"The picture is stunning, with vibrant colours and sharp details. The 4K resolution and HDR provide an incredibly immersive viewing experience. The smart features are intuitive and easy to use, offering seamless access to my favourite streaming services.
"The sleek design also fits perfectly in my living room. This TV has exceeded my expectations in every way."
Another said: "I'm thoroughly impressed with the Samsung. Watching movies or playing games feels immersive, and the 4K resolution really makes everything pop.
"The design is sleek and modern, with thin bezels that make it look great in any room. The sound quality is decent for a flat-screen TV for regular viewing, and the built-in speakers do the job well enough."
However, the same buyer added that some may prefer to add a soundbar to the TV, saying: "If you're looking for cinema-like sound, you might want to pair it with a soundbar."
They continued: "Overall, this is fantastic TV for the price. It's perfect for anyone looking for a high-quality 4K TV that doesn't break the bank."
While another five-star review said: "Very happy with this TV, much better than older Crystal versions. Picture is comparable to my QLED and the unit is very sleek. Some reviews question the sound quality, but to be fair for such a slim TV I was quite happy with it. Yes the bass isn't exactly there, but the sound is clear and full. I was pleased with how smooth and responsive the UI is."
