ITV Emmerdale fans make same complaint within minutes

Emmerdale fans made several complaints minutes into tonight's episode (Monday 13 October) as Nicola (Nicola Wheeler) and Jimmy (Nick Miles) are anxious about Carl's impending police interview. During the episode, Carl admits to sharing Clemmie's photo, but despite Nicola's insistence that he has learned his lesson, the police are taking this seriously. Meanwhile, Clemmie (Mabel Addison) admits to Dawn (Olivia Bromley) why she sent the photo to Carl, saying that she wanted him to like her. This leaves Dawn racked in guilt. She then attempts to talk to Nicola, but matters are made worse when Nicola becomes defensive and escalates the conversation into an argument.

ITV fans were less than impressed with the episode, as some labelled it "boring." One person tweeted on X: "Well, this is all very boring." A second also chimed in: "Well that was an exciting episode," completed with a rolling eye emoji. A third said: "I keep zoning out!!" with a yawning emoji.

However, some fans did enjoy the confrontation between Nicola and Dawn, as one person said: "Good for Dawn. Nicola deserved that. And I hope Carl gets what's coming to him too #emmerdale."

Elsewhere, Moira was struggling with Cain's absence. Moira leaves Cain a sharp voicemail, demanding that he return home immediately, unaware that he is in trouble in Dover.

Aaron informs Robert Sugden he's moving back into the flat and asks Robert to stay with him for his first night. Robert agrees, but Victoria reminds him he still needs to tell Aaron about Kev. Aaron is then anxious about moving back into the Mill Flat. Robert then feels guilty when Aaron expresses hope for a fresh start, while Robert covertly cancels a call from Kev.

Elsewhere, Paddy is proud of Dylan for passing his driving test so quickly, but Dylan's uneasy when he realises that Ray was listening to their warm conversation from a nearby table.

Ray congratulates Dylan on passing his driving test, but reminds him that the crash course he gave him was expensive, so he'll need to work extra hard to pay it off.

Finally, Liam reveals that the test results of his Prostate are in and prepares to open them with Chas by his side.
