Las Vegas plane fire LIVE: Jet with 'engine in flames' lands at Harry Reid Airport

A plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Las Vegas after one of its engines caught fire shortly after takeoff. American Airlines Flight 1665 was forced to make an emergency U-turn and land back at Harry Reid International Airport after the incident.

Terrifying footage showed the plane flying overhead with flames and smoke trailing from its right engine. Fire crews are investigating, and no injuries have been reported.

The plane was on its way to Charlotte, North Carolina with 165 passengers onboard.
