The Royal Family's 'rock' who King and Queen rely on just as much as Anne and Sophie

Zara, the eldest child of Princess Anne and her former husband, Mark Phillips, is a beloved member of the Firm and was described as the Royal Family's "real rock" by a body language expert.

Body language expert Darren Stanton said that Zara, who is married to Mike Tindall, is one key royal ally who the royals see "as a real rock who can always be relied on".
