Wimbledon 2025 TV and radio coverage: How to follow tournament live

Wimbledon is finally back on our screens, with many of the world's best players gearing up to battle for glory at SW19. Carlos Alcaraz is the defending men's champion, with the young Spaniard seeking a third straight title. Barbora Krejcikova, meanwhile, will be hoping to retain the women's crown after claiming the honours in 2024.

Thousands of people will flock to Wimbledon over the next fortnight and millions more will tune in from the comfort of their homes. It is usually the most-watched Grand Slam event and there is nothing to suggest this year will be any different. Viewers in the UK will be spoilt for choice given the wall-to-wall coverage that will be laid on throughout the tournament.

Wimbledon 2025 TV and radio coverage

The BBC will provide live coverage of every Wimbledon match across its TV, radio and online platforms. The action can also be streamed on mobile devices, tablets and laptops via the iPlayer service.

Matches will be shown by BBC One and BBC Two, with coverage starting at 11.00am. Today at Wimbledon will round up the day's action and provide highlights of the biggest matches every evening.

Further coverage will be available via the BBC Red Button, which usually offers a choice of court. Live radio commentary will be available on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Meanwhile, the men's and women's singles finals will be shown by TNT Sports in addition to the BBC. TNT Sports will also be providing a 90-minute highlights show at the end of each day.

How to get Wimbledon tickets

Those hoping to get a first-hand glimpse of the action can buy tickets on the day using the famous Wimbledon queue. It often starts the evening before and increases very early in the morning, with tickets sold on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Usually, limited show court tickets can be purchased with grounds passes also available. If you reach the front of the queue and there are only grounds passes left, you can try the ticket resale kiosk located north of Court 18 for any remaining court tickets.

Once the tournament is underway, the order of play will be released each evening at around 6.00pm for the following day. However, it can be subject to change due to unpredictable weather and other unforeseen delays.
